What happens if I lose my internet connection during a game?
You may not see the game play out, but rest assured that your tickets will remain in play for that game, you will still be able to win the game, and any winnings due to you will still be credited.
Why does the game pop-up not open?
If you have pop-up blockers running on your computer, these may block the game pop-up window. Try turning off the pop up blocker or setting it to always allow pop-ups on EmpireBingo.com as prompted.
How do I play table games, slots & scratchcards?
Click on the Instant Games Menu from the lobby or inside the game room. You will find this towards the top right of the screen. You can select from an array of Multiline slot machines, table games (roulette, blackjack), scratchcards and other instant win games. Click the Show All button to see the full game menu and select the relevant tab to see the selection of games available.
How do slot games work? What are multiline slots?
Select the number of lines you would like to bet on, and the amount you would like to bet on each line. Click Spin or Bet to set the reels spinning. All win lines are read left to right and you will only win on these lines if the matching symbols are on consecutive reels with the first being on the reel on the far left (unless specified in the paytable).
Multiline Slots are slots where it is possible to bet on multiple lines. As such, different paths across the reels can result in a win. Win lines are shown when selecting the number of lines you wish to play. Empire Bingo features slot machines with number of win lines ranging from 9 to 100.
How do I buy tickets in Bingo?
Enter one of our Bingo rooms and click the ticket once to select it, then click the ‘buy selected’ button above the tickets to purchase those you have selected. You can also use the quick-buy feature by selecting from set options as to number of strips or tickets within the quick-buy box and then clicking the ‘buy selected’ button to purchase.
How do I auto buy for multiple games?
Click the Auto Buy button in the top right, next to your profile pic. Select the number of games for which you wish to enable autobuy, and the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each game. You can also set which ticket price games you would like to be included in your selection. Note that Auto Buy will be cancelled if you leave the game room. Click start to commence Auto Buy.
How much do the games cost to play?
Bingo ticket prices vary from 1p to £1 each. The ticket price is indicated in the top right corner of the screen.
Quiz games are free to play for any qualifying players (using initial free live room pass or having qualified for unlimited play by making a deposit to your account).
How do I win the progressive jackpot?
Both 75 and 90 ball bingo have their own progressive jackpot. This can be seen at the top of your games screen in the top left hand corner.
The progressive jackpot is won when a player calls bingo and wins the full house prize within a fixed number of ball calls – this varies for bingo type:
90 Ball Bingo – win the full house within 44 ball calls
75 Ball Bingo – win the full house between 26 and 34 ball calls or less (dependant on pattern)
If nobody calls bingo within the set number of balls, the progressive jackpot rolls over to the next game and continues to grow until it is won.
How do I know if I have won?

Can I play in more than 1 game at the same time?
Yes – the easiest way to do this is by clicking the Change Rooms button to the left of your profile pic when inside the game room. You will then be shown a list of all available game rooms along with the ticket prices for the upcoming games in those rooms. Click ‘Buy Tickets’ next to the room in which you would like to purchase tickets, select the number of strips or tickets you would like to buy, and click the buy button. You can also buy in other rooms by clicking the GO button next to the room and actually entering that room to purchase for the next game.

How do I add someone to my Buddy List?
Click on their username in the chat list on the right of the chat box. Then hit the Add as Friend button to send them a friend request. Once they have accepted your request, they will appear in your Buddy List and you will receive notifications as to which room they are chatting in and when they are online. You can configure these settings by clicking the options button inside the game room.
How do I invite someone to join me in the chatroom?
Make sure you have added them as a friend, so that they feature in your buddy list. Click on Buddy List in the bottom right of the chat box to view your buddy list. Click your friend’s username and then select ‘Invite to this Room’ to send them an invite to come and chat with you.

What are Loyalty Points? How can I win them & how can I redeem them?
Loyalty Points are awarded for chat game wins and given as prizes on special promos & games. They can be redeemed for bonus funds, which can be used to purchase bingo tickets/cards. 1000 Loyalty Points can be redeemed for £1 bonus cash. Please note that bonus funds are not withdrawable and the minimum number of loyalty points you can redeem at one time is 1000 LPs. Click the ‘Redeem Loyalty Points’ link in the left hand menu of your account area to redeem points to your balance.
How do I refer a friend?
Click the Refer a Friend button on the left hand menu in your account area and enter their name & email address. You can also enter a personalised message for them to read. Once you have entered the relevant details, click the Refer button. We will then send them an email and you will receive 5000 LPs for each of your referred friends who register, makes a deposit and wager at least £5.
Why haven’t I received my Refer a Friend bonus?
Your friend will need to have clicked the link in the refer a friend email, signed up with the same email address as the one you referred and will also need to have made a deposit & wagered at least £5.
How do I determine which of my profile information is viewable by other members?
Click the My Preferences link in your account area and refer to the ‘Profile can be viewed by anyone’ option. Select Yes to make your profile information visible to everyone, or No for it to be only visible to people in your buddy list. The default position is No.
How do I change my password?
Click the My Preferences link in your account area and hit the Change My Password button. Follow the instructions on screen.

How long will it take for my withdrawal to be processed?
Your withdrawal will pend for 48 hrs, during which time you can reverse the withdrawal back into your playing account and use it to play. After the pending period has expired the withdrawal will start processing on the next available working day.
